Our Developer Rates
All our team members have a transparent hourly rate that both you the client and the developer will be aware of. This includes technical experts such as project managers, business analysts, UX/UI designers etc.

- 5+ years of outsourcing experience
- Doesn’t need to be managed and can lead larger teams
- Will take ownership of software development tasks and manage them
- Can adapt to complex challenges and communicate changes effectively
Expert Developer
- 6+ years of outsourcing experience in an expert field/role
- Covers specialists development fields, senior software developers and software architects
- Takes total ownership of the entire project and acts as your advocate ensuring all business needs are met
We also offer junior developers starting from $30, these developers have less than 3 years experience in outsourcing and are ineligible to fill dedicated developer roles; they will need to be managed by a more experienced developer

Our pricing categories
Rates vary from developer to developer however they fall into 3 pricing categories as seen above. All prices are in USD, but we can also accept payment in AUD, EUR, GBP, CAD and CNY. The agreed developer rate is fixed and will not fluctuate.
Our contracts
We offer flexible contracts, so as your product scales and matures, you can add or remove developers accordingly. We work according to Agile principles and will set up regular reviews with you, the client, every week.
